Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were not only very clean, large, and spacious but also nicely appointed with a cathedral beam ceiling, making it a quiet haven away from the courtyard and the road. The amenities like the color television, wifi, refrigerator, and plush white robes truly added to the comfort. The service was exceptional, with such friendly and helpful staff who made us feel special every day. However, there was a slight hiccup with an incident where the staff was extremely aggressive and rude. The location couldn't have been better, being perfect for exploring the incredible wineries and enjoying the vibrant nearby St Helena area. On the downside, the dining options were a bit hit or miss, with a standard breakfast that didn't quite live up to expectations. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with just a few small areas for improvement.

The property underwent a lovely renovation a year ago, resulting in beautiful and romantic rooms with wood beams, tile accents, and a stunning stained glass in the shower. The Flora Springs Winery staff all over the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering above average service and accommodations. The location, although central to both northern and southern Napa Valley, could be noisy due to construction trucks and work in progress, yet remains a convenient getaway close to wineries. The dining experience featured a simple breakfast, with one morning falling short on options. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a comfortable stay overall.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable, opening up to a nice courtyard area. The service was super friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for exploring Napa wineries, and the dining experience was outstanding. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
